What is Medical Grade Manuka Honey and why is it unique?Medical Grade Manuka Honey is very different to the honey you may buy in a health store or supermarket. It has to reach a high level of Anti-Bacterial activity before it can be used in healing products. The testing and formal certification of this honey is very strictly controlled by New Zealand's regulatory bodies and enforced. Without this certification it is not permitted to be exported from New Zealand.
Where does the Medical Grade Manuka Honey come from?Our Manuka Honey is sourced exclusively from New Zealand. The name Manuka is the Māori word for the native tea tree only found in New Zealand. The Manuka Tree where bees collect the nectar from grows wild in the presine native forests of New Zealand.
Is ManukaSafe Products Natural?Our products are made with 100% Natural ingredients and sourced from New Zealand.
What antibacterial properties does the Medical Grade Manuka Honey have?Manuka Honey is able to provide antibacterial action to affected areas such as cuts, wounds, grazes, abrasions, surgical wounds and oral bacteria. Manuka Honey consists of;

Manuka Honey is a unique compound that can only be harvested and extracted in a certain period of the year within New Zealand. It comes from a native tree called Leptospermum Scoparium and contains an immense amount of proven beneficial properties not many other natural extracts contain. How often should I use ManukaSafe Pet Spray on my pet?ManukaSafe Pet Spray is safe to use as many times as you see fit. It is recommended to use the product 1 - 2 times daily to ensure time for the membrane barrier to set and heal
How much do I need to spray on my pets affected area?Spray enough ManukaSafe Pet Spray to cover the affected area. Depending on how large the affected area is, it could take a few pumps of ManukaSafe Pet Spray to cover it.
How do I apply the ManukaSafe Pet Spray to an affected area?Simply spread hair follicles, aim at areas affected from a distance of 15 - 20cm and spray. Cover area generously in ManukaSafe Pet Spray and allow time for the membrane barrier to dry.
How long does it take to heal affected areas?Skin irritation and pain relief should occur not long after ManukaSafe Pet Spray is applied. Give 3 - 7 days to see healing of the affected area.
Do I need to remove the ManukaSafe Pet Spray membrane before applying another layer?No, naturally the membrane will be absorbed into the skin to help heal. You can apply another when needed.
What ingredients are in ManukaSafe Pet Spray?This ingredients are; Medical Grade Manuka Honey, Sterile Water,Gluconolactone, Sodium benzoate (Organic Natural Preservative) and Xanthan gum (Natural thickener)
Is ManukaSafe Pet Spray safe to use on any pet?Any pet with a cut, graze, wound, or abrasion is safe to use on.
Does ManukaSafe Pet Spray expire?Our product ‘ManukaSafe Pet Spray’ lasts for 3 months after opening. Be sure to store in a cool area away from direct sunlight.
